Delete your account
You can permanently delete your Tripping Billies account directly in the app. No email or support request is required.
How to delete your account
In the Tripping Billies app:
Settings → Account → Delete Account → type DELETE to confirm.
Deletion is immediate and irreversible. Once confirmed, your account cannot be recovered and you would need to sign up again to use the app.
Request deletion without the app
You can also request account deletion by email. Contact us from the email address registered to your account with the subject Delete my Tripping Billies account. We will verify account ownership before removing the account and its associated data. Do not send your password.

Delete specific data and keep your account
To request removal of specific data without deleting your account, email the same support address with the subject Delete my Tripping Billies data. Identify the profile photos, broadcasts, messages, or other data you want removed. We will verify account ownership and confirm the scope of your request.
What gets removed
- Your profile and profile photos
- Your event broadcasts and "going" statuses
- Your direct message conversations and event chat participation
- Your matches, connections, and connection requests
- Your notification history and registered devices
Comments you left on other people's broadcasts are anonymized to "[deleted]". This release does not offer paid subscriptions or in-app purchases.
